The enemies will disappear when you have defeated all the mini guys for that round, which is a good indicator that you should run over and do as much damage to the big crystal as you can before even more mini guys appear. Go defeat the mini guys again, then go back to the big crystal. Once you defeat all the mini guys, go back to the big crystal and toss all your Spritelings at it to start destroying it until more mini guys appear. You will be given enough Spritelings to defeat the enemy. Every little bit, more Spritelings will come to your aid, so don't worry too much about losing them to the Never or any other enemies. The enemies that spawn with them aren't as important, just do your best to defeat the mini Big Pockets. Eventually, there will be one in each corner of the room. It will start with 2 guys in the front left and right of the room. This boss battle is simple in it's concept: just attack all the smaller big pockets that appear. Continue up the path to start the battle.
